Admission Process – Session 2026-27

  1. Applicants seeking admission are advised to carefully read the Admission Policy 2026-27, eligibility criteria, fee structure, reservation provisions, and programme-specific requirements before submitting the application form.

  2. The applicant shall submit the duly filled Admission Form along with all prescribed supporting documents and the applicable Form Processing Fee.

  3. The applicant shall ensure that all information furnished in the application form is true, complete, and supported by valid documents. Any discrepancy, concealment of facts, or submission of incorrect information may result in rejection of the application or cancellation of admission at any stage.

  4. Upon receipt of the application, the College shall scrutinize the application form and supporting documents to determine the applicant's eligibility for the concerned programme.

  5. Submission of the application form shall not create any right to admission and shall not be treated as proof of eligibility for the programme.

  6. Applications found incomplete, unsupported by required documents, or not meeting the prescribed eligibility conditions may be rejected by the College without assigning any reason.

  7. Subject to fulfillment of eligibility conditions, availability of seats, and compliance with the Admission Policy 2026-27, admissions shall ordinarily be granted on a "First Come, First Considered" basis.

  8. After approval of admission by the College, the applicant shall deposit the prescribed First Installment of College Fee within the stipulated time to confirm admission.

  9. Failure to deposit the prescribed fee within the notified period may result in cancellation of the admission offer and allotment of the seat to another eligible applicant.

  10. The College reserves the right to verify any information, certificate, mark sheet, declaration, or document submitted by the applicant from the issuing authority at any stage before or after admission.

  11. If at any time it is found that the applicant is not eligible for the programme, has furnished false information, suppressed material facts, or submitted invalid documents, the admission shall be liable to cancellation notwithstanding the fact that admission has already been granted.

  12. In case of cancellation of admission on account of ineligibility, misrepresentation, or violation of admission rules, fee refund, if any, shall be governed by the applicable rules and regulations of the College and competent authorities.

  13. For admission to the Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP), the admission process shall be conducted strictly in accordance with the directions, regulations, and guidelines issued by the NCTE, State Government, Affiliating University, and other competent authorities from time to time.

  14. The Institution reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or change the admission procedure, seat allocation process, eligibility verification process, counselling process, or any other admission-related provision whenever deemed necessary.

  15. The decision of the College regarding admission, eligibility, verification of documents, and interpretation of admission rules shall be final and binding on all applicants.
